” I did not realise that that would last for three years. It’s the type of thing where I have to say this, if you have any dignity, you will do for a short period and then find something else. After three years, I realised that it was really soul destroying, it had moments where I had great pleasure and enjoyed it and made people laugh every day, but inside I was just dying. Really not happy”

” Again I mentioned it because it’s when you really have to stop. Like right now I’m recording this, in the middle of the coronavirus and the whole world has stopped. So I’m hoping some good will come of this. So I had to stop and I got into transcendental meditation, and again it was because of a personality. It wasn’t because I believe that it has to be a message that you hear yourself. And for me, I really need it to be from someone I can relate to a character. Some maybe a touch crazy whatever that means for you but something that I can relate to. And it was David Lynch, a documentary talking about transcendental meditation, and I was hooked straight away.”

” I went to the Wim Hof event in Barcelona, and the power of simply breathing. It wasn’t him, it wasn’t other people it was just the power of breathing together with all those people, and being guided and guided quite well but I looked at the stage and I thought something was missing, I knew this could be done better. I had a very, very very powerful experience. I felt weird that day and emotional, I didn’t want to go the event but felt the relief of crying in the best way possible. I got up and I walked straight to the front of the stage and I said I want to be an instructor in this now what do I do. Something was calling me because I could see there was some performance there, and I come from an acting and musical background, always doing bits of these things and I love to perform. But also now i had really grown to love the meditation side of things, and I loved the way the breathwork gets you active. So I was blown away by it all but I could see a gap. I could see how some of the guys were talking about science and presenting, and they weren’t too natural Wim Hof was natural and crazy and engaging but it was just him. I could see a gap in the market and something drew me in, and I just had the confidence that I want to be an instructor now.”

” You come into my workshops, and I will get you jumping around, I will get you screaming I will get you talking about your emotions to people you’ve never met. And no one expects that. And every time the class is different, now I’ve taken that on to an online one on one perspective and a group where we’re connecting people all over the world and I love it. It’s like you find yourself in a place you don’t know how you’ve got there. Right now I’m in Thailand but a place I mean in the sense of what I’m doing and how people react to me. I’m totally natural what I do, and something has just happened that I’m in the middle of taking people on journeys but not just them I go on the journey too, then I stand back.
