Here’s how it works:
- Make sure your in a place where you won’t be disturbed and your relaxed.
- Sitting or lying down in a comfortable place/position (comfort is key)
- Turn off all unnecessary computers and phones etc.
- If possible use a good quality speaker for maximum effect and pleasure.
- Good internet speed for uninterrupted streaming.
If you can’t make the LIVE interactive Sunday session BUT you sign up, then you will receive an email the following day with a link to the previous day’s session.
If you feel light-headed and unwell its best to wait until you feel better.
The contraindications for taking part in the session are…
- Heart disease
- COPD
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy
- High blood pressure
Even if you suffer from one of these conditions you can take part but just do the LIGHT rhythmical breathing, if the breathing becomes too fast just keep to a smooth slow rhythm.
Breathwork can have amazing effects on people and in general, these techniques are used to relax and energize in equal measure. Usually a mild euphoria can be felt and a feeling of awakening within, but most of all its just a very releasing enjoyable practice that is safe and open to people over the age of 14.
