Frequently asked questions
Simply find a relaxing place you won’t be disturbed, where you can sit comfortably or lye down with good internet connection, a good speaker (music is half the experience), and space to move around if needed (sometimes we warm up with dancing/movement).
1hr 30min every last Sunday of the month, (5 pm CET) with a few minutes after the session to share your experience, connect with the group and ask any questions you may have about our courses, becoming a ‘breath coach’ or our ‘breathwork & meditation mastery’ course.
Breathwork is safe for most people and will awaken your energy and lighten your body and mind.
If you suffer from the following simply breathe in a rhythm with the group, slowly and don’t push too much, then when we are holding our breath in the retention phases, simply breathe slowly and enjoy the music.
COPD, Epilepsy, heart arrhythmia, pregnancy, low blood pressure, light headed or chronic fatigue.
